How Our Shipping Works


At Lock Stock & Barrel, we are committed to ensuring that your custom furniture arrives safely and promptly. We offer free shipping within the lower 48 states, using trusted carriers like FedEx and occasionally UPS for most orders. For larger items, we may use private couriers, which could extend delivery times due to their multi-stop routes. International shipping is available, and we encourage customers to contact us for a quote, as shipping fees can vary significantly due to recent fluctuations.

Our Return Policy

Our return policy reflects our dedication to customer satisfaction, but also the custom nature of our products. Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer cancellations due to our tight production schedule. Returns are accepted under specific conditions: the item must not have been installed or attempted to be installed, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. A restocking fee applies: $250 for half barrels and $500 for sets, ¾ barrels, and full barrels. Please note that custom items not listed on our website are not eligible for refunds.
